- Lead and manage a team of 2 professionals- Monitor the Integral CIB deteriorated portfolio (Stage 2 and 3), including the pre-watch list and potential risk deterioration- Prepare presentations for the Finance Team and Holding to monitor Stage 2-3 CIB portfolios for Senior Management and Supervisors- Oversee the annual CIB budgetary process regarding loan loss provisions and NPLs- Enhance annual estimation processes and conduct monthly follow-ups for individual assets (Big Tickets) in coordination with Finance- Collaborate with Finance, Work-out, and Credit Risk Admission teams on deteriorated portfolio follow-up- Conduct specific follow-up on potential risk deterioration through the Focus List- Participate in Project Finance committees to detect potential credit deterioration- Collaborate with portfolio dynamics teams to establish forward-looking views for PDs and evaluate impact on NPLs and loan loss provisions- Support the area's transformation project by automating portfolio monitoring processes- Implement advanced analytics and visualization tools to integrate early warning indicators into risk managementRequirements- Degree in Finance, Econometrics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a quantitative field- Minimum of 8-9 years of professional experience in credit risk monitoring, specifically focusing on deteriorated portfolios, provision management, NPLs, and credit risk drivers- Proven expertise in analyzing financial statements and applying these insights to monitoring individual clients and specific projects- Solid understanding of credit markets and regulations, including IFRS9, Basel, and provisioning- Proficiency in PD, LGD, and EAD models- Advanced Excel, SQL, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and Python/R- Advanced English (C1 level or higher)- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent communication- Proactive approach to digital transformation and AI- Critical thinking and flexibilityCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in credit
