- Welcoming customers and providing attentive, knowledgeable advice regarding nautical products and boat supplies
- Processing sales at the counter and assisting customers with product inquiries
- Maintaining product displays, organizing shelves, and helping keep the shop floor well-structured and welcoming
- Working with digital tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel to manage daily sales administrative tasks, check product availability, and track orders
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the store

To qualify for this position,



you should bring retail experience and good communication skills to serve both local and international customers in Palma:

- Solid background and proven experience in retail sales and customer support
- An upper-intermediate to high level of English, essential for communicating effectively with international boat owners and visitors
- Practical proficiency in basic office software, specifically Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience or knowledge in the nautical sector, DIY (bricolaje), hardware store environments (ferretería), or related technical retail is highly valued
- A reliable, customer-oriented attitude with good communication and teamwork skills
