About the Role

A leading motorcycle manufacturing company is looking for an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join its team in Sant Just Desvern.

This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, supporting administrative, financial, HR, facilities, and IT-related processes. We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on professional who thrives in an international and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support external contractors and new employees, including contracts, onboarding processes, and performance reports.
- Assist in the annual financial audit process.
- Manage invoice processing, document workflows, and both digital and physical filing systems.
- Monitor and control the studio budget.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including activity licenses,



occupational health and safety requirements, and fire prevention regulations.
- Provide payroll and legal administrative support in coordination with external partners.
- Coordinate annual leave management, attendance tracking, corporate compliance, and insurance-related processes.
- Procure office and workshop materials, including assets and consumables.
- Maintain and update studio asset inventories.
- Coordinate office maintenance suppliers, including cleaning, waste management, security, internet, utilities, branding, stationery, printing, facilities, and IT services.
- Coordinate workshop maintenance suppliers, including machinery, electrical systems, facilities, and cleaning services.
- Manage local IT assets and procurement in collaboration with the global IT team.
