Your core responsibilities:

- Acting as the primary, friendly point of contact for clients and delivering outstanding service.
- Competently guiding clients through our full range of services and assisting throughout sales processes.
- Handling diverse commercial, organizational, and administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations.
- Working collaboratively with the local team to uphold high standards of service excellence.

What you bring to the role:

- German at native level as well as very good Spanish language skills.
- A genuine passion for interacting with people and a distinct customer-service mindset.
- Strong organizational talent,



personal initiative, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Eagerness to learn, develop your skills, and grow both personally and professionally.
