Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing tailored labor market insertion pathways.
- Conducting initial reception, intake interviews, and comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
- Providing active guidance, mentoring, and continuous follow-up to support youth through their educational, personal, and vocational development.

What you bring to the position:

- A university degree in the social sciences field, specifically Psychology, Pedagogy, or Social Education.




- Advanced proficiency in Catalan to communicate effectively with participants and local partners.
- High-level digital competence and strong computer skills.
