- Identify and recruit mid-level and senior professionals for companies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: from initial contact to offer presentation.
- Collaborate on market mapping and talent analysis
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in recruitment is a plus, especially for technical or international profiles.
