BCD Meetings & Events in Spain is seeking an Ancillary Meeting Coordinator to support the delivery of ancillary meetings connected to congresses. You will join the meeting delivery team, owning attendee registration, communications, and on-site support to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish.
In this role you will work closely with Meeting Managers, use Cvent to set up registration sites, prepare badges and run reports, and maintain accurate attendee data.
