Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the Spain Investment Banking and Capital Markets team in Madrid, focusing on origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and financing transactions. You will build financial models, valuations, and analyses to back client recommendations, and prepare materials for clients and senior bankers. You will research markets to identify opportunities and collaborate with clients, advisers, and internal product teams to deliver high-quality results. This is a cross-functional, client-facing position within a leading integral bank that values inclusive teamwork and responsible use of technology.

Responsabilidades
• Practical experience in investment banking, capital markets, leveraged finance, transaction advisory, consulting or a relevant Big Four environment
• Strong financial modelling, company valuation, quantitative analysis and presentation skills
• Ability to manage several priorities, work accurately under pressure and take ownership of deliverables
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work with clients, advisers and senior stakeholders; Strong Spanish and English skills
• A finance-related academic background is useful; engineering graduates with relevant finance training are also encouraged to apply
