- Management activities (SACM) as described in ITIL ;
- Practical experience in creating and editing IT drawings in MS Visio ;
- Practical experience as license manager .
Duties/role:
- C reat ing and maintain ing up to date the CMDB of CSU Torrejón in support of our customer CAOC TJ ;
- C ontrol ling the mobile phone lines and terminals and act ing as software license manager for the CSU .
