As part of our IS & Digital practice, we are looking for a Change Manager to support a major Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) transformation program for one of our general clients. About the Role Based in Barcelona, you will lead the change management stream for the rollout of a Coupa P2P solution across Colombia, Mexico and Argentina . You will work closely with global program teams and local business stakeholders (procurement, finance, supplier management) to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools. This role is suited to a hands‑on Change Manager with strong P2P experience in international organisations, able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and drive tangible business outcomes.
