Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Technician, Data Center to join our Data Center Operations team in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid, Spain.

As part of our critical facility team, you'll play a hands‑on role in keeping our customers' physical infrastructure running smoothly while maintaining peak environmental and operational standards. You will have the opportunity to directly impact uptime, manage site inventory, and deliver reliable smart‑hands support in a fast‑paced, high‑tech environment.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

- Provide smart‑hands physical support: Execute server racking, network cabling, hardware installations,



and on‑site troubleshooting for customer requests.
- Manage daily operational ticket queues: Monitor, resolve, and route service tickets in ServiceNow while maintaining accurate inventory and tracking shipping and receiving tasks.
- Maintain facility environmental & power standards: Monitor critical power and cooling reports, validate operational readings for billing accuracy, and collaborate on incident response.
- Escort and support facility visitors: Act as a key point of contact for customer access, vendor escorts, and physical security compliance on the data center floor.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The idóneo candidate will have:

- 2-4 years of experience in a customer service or data center environment preferred (on‑the‑job training will be provided).
- Strong multi‑tasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple ticketing systems in an evolving environment.
- High attention to detail with a process‑driven mindset to adhere to safety codes, compliance audits, and strict protocols.
- Clear communication skills with a strong customer service orientation; intermediate English and Spanish language skills are preferred.
- Ability to obtain required government or agency background security clearances
