Project Summary:

The overall objective (Impact) to which this action contributes is:
To assist the European Commission in facilitating spaces for dialogue (in-person and virtual) and consultations at global and regional level with civil society networks, foundations and associations of local authorities and EU institutions and Member States, mainly through the Policy Forum on Development (PFD), and ad hoc consultations. To support the European Commission in exploring new avenues of cooperation with CSOs, foundations and LAs and guiding the organisations in this regard. To contribute to the drafting of concept notes, regular updates on policy issues related to and raised by civil society, foundations and associations of local authorities and contribute in background papers, and other material relevant for the dialogue.

Qualifications and Skills:

- At least a university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in event management or other relevantdiscipline. This diploma may be replaced by 3 years of work experience in logisticorganisationand managing events, conferences in addition to the 7 years requirement under the general professional experience.
- C1 level of English and French.
- at least B2 level of Spanish will be considered as an asset.

General Professional Experience:

At least 7 years of experience in logisticorganisationof international conferences and events.

Specific Professional Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in international contract management related to eventorganisation(including contracting of short-term experts and services providers, and management of invoicing).

The Logistics & Administrate Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive logistics and administrative support to Pall Spain across multiple Lines of Business (Energy, F&B;, Sales Systems, SLS, FSE teams, and Cytiva). The role ensures the efficient management of parcels, equipment, shipments, documentation, facility support, and on-site coordination to enable smooth daily operations and high service levels to internal and external customers.

This position reports to the General Administration Manager and is part of the Administration team of Pall Spain located in Madrid and will be an on‑site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Logistics Operations
Provide comprehensive logistics support to Pall Spain across multiple Lines of Business (Energy, F&B;, Sales Systems, SLS, FSE teams, and Cytiva).
2. Administrative Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Pall Spain across multiple Lines of Business (Energy, F&B;, Sales Systems, SLS, FSE teams, and Cytiva).
3. Facility & Meeting Room Support
Supervise facility works and escort external maintenance or service providers while on‑site.

The essential requirements of the job include

- Experience in logistics operations, courier coordination, warehouse/stock support
- Experience in administrative functions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Spanish and English B1
