As a Legal Counsel for Minor Hotels Europe u0026amp; Americas, you provide day-to-day legal guidance with a focus on real estate and corporate initiatives. You will support Mu0026amp;A activities, contract drafting, and cross-border negotiations to enable the regional business while safeguarding compliance. The role sits within the legal function and collaborates with multiple departments to minimize risk and drive company objectives. You will work in a cross-cultural, multilingual environment focused on hospitality excellence and responsible growth.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Review, draft, and negotiate real estate-related agreements (MOUs, LOIs, NDAs, leases, management, and franchise agreements)
• Handle legal aspects of Mu0026A transactions (SPAs, JV agreements, SHAs) and support due diligence and closing tasks
• Assist finance in reviewing policies, credit lines, guarantees, bank contracts, and related documents




• Advise various departments on day-to-day commercial contracts and regulatory compliance
• Provide practical, timely legal support to facilitate business objectives while minimizing risk

Responsabilidades
• Law degree and admission to the Spanish Bar
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of major Spanish laws and regulations
• Experience reporting to senior management
• Experience negotiating and documenting complex transactions
• Minimum 7 years in a reputable international law firm; multinational experience valued
