We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a successful sales team and play a key role in generating new business opportunities.
If you have experience in B2B sales, business development, IT Services or Service Management , or you're looking to take the next step in your sales career, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
You'll be working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where your ability to build relationships, identify opportunities and engage with senior decision-makers will be highly valued.
The RoleAs a Business Development Representative , you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.




You'll proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound calling, follow up on marketing campaigns and qualify opportunities before passing them to the wider sales team.
A key part of the role will be communicating confidently with senior stakeholders, including Directors, VPs and C-suite executives , and developing an understanding of their business challenges and requirements.
This role would suit someone who is driven, resilient, commercially minded and motivated by achieving targets .
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling and prospecting .
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and engage with potential customers.
- Research and identify new prospects within target markets.
