SEPTEO España y Portugal is seeking an M&A; Manager to originate and execute acquisition opportunities aligned with Septeo's corporate strategy, supporting growth in an LBO environment. You will work with Division Leaders and the Board to define M&A; strategy and deliver value-creating transactions.
The role requires building a strong pipeline across Spain, Portugal, LATAM, and Europe, coordinating due diligence, negotiating LOIs and SPAs, and guiding integration planning with external advisors.
