Key skills and Experience required
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in Application Support and Incident Management
- Experience managing, troubleshooting and resolving application incidents and service requests
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
