We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Fraud Activity Agent fluent in German and English to join a
dynamic, client-focused team based in Barcelona. This role offers a

cities. What you will do Monitor, investigate, and resolve
suspicious transactions and fraudulent activity for clients.
Analyze data, identify patterns, and take appropriate action to
protect customers and the company from risk. Communicate
effectively with internal teams and external clients to resolve
issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of investigations and
ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory
requirements. Contribute to process improvements and share insights
to enhance fraud detection and prevention strategies. Meet
individual performance targets while supporting the overall
objectives of the team. Who you are Fluent in German and English,
both written and spoken. Previous experience in fraud detection,
risk management, customer service,



or financial services is
preferred. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and
the ability to make accurate decisions under pressure. Excellent
communication skills, able to interact with both technical and
non-technical audiences. Able to work independently and as part of
a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Proactive,
reliable, and motivated to learn and grow within the fraud
