Задачи: * Manage end-to-end recruiting, including research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendation, negotiation, and acceptance; * Develop a deep understanding of one talent market under the Leadership Scope to source the best candidates; * Tailor sourcing strategies for each region using local networks, job boards, and other resources; * Monitor hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and legal requirements for the relevant regions; * Coach hiring managers on time to fill, market mapping, candidate engagement and conversion, adapting to the managed regions; * Improve existing programs and develop innovative strategies for finding top talent; * Use ATS reports, dashboards,



and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results; * Support employer branding activities by attending networking events and e-meetups; * Manage the candidate pipeline and identify future opportunities that may be a fit.
