Role SummaryWe are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager for an IT Infrastructure focused role. In this role you will be the focal point for leading several medium to large sized IT Infrastructure Projects across Europe, MENA, India, and APAC Regions. The role will also have the opportunity for exposure / involvement in larger portfolio efforts within International Health including ownership of our data centre migration efforts. Additionally, this role should be a driver towards the adoption of agile practices, and where applicable cheerlead as a SME and coach in the agile practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Works within defined Project Management processes and methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and the PMO for Project activities.




- Work closely with Portfolio Lead and Finance teams to establish a Financial Plan for the project and manage the plan in accordance with agreed budgets.
- Clearly define the scope of the project in terms of the key activities and decisions required to successfully execute.
- Ensure scope is clearly defined / decomposed in Jira and work assigned to the appropriate team members.
- Identify and define Roles & Responsibilities for Project activities.
- Develop and manage a robust delivery plan for each Project, including appropriate milestones and review points for measuring progress.
- Rigorously manage project scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Provide timely communication of project status, performance results, issues and risks to schedule, cost, and quality to project stakeholders.
