What are we looking for? ✔ 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory, coordination, or team support role. ✔ Experience in KPI tracking and process improvement. ✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. ✔ Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. ✔ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. ✔ Experience in operations or BPO environments is highly valued.
