AI Security Manager ? Madrid, Spain | Hybrid, 50% on-site We have partnered with a integral manufacturing organisation who are looking for an AI Security Manager to drive the secure, responsible, and compliant adoption of AI across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: * Develop AI security policies, governance frameworks, and risk controls. * Conduct AI risk assessments covering security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. * Implement security controls across AI/ML and MLOps environments. * Manage AI-specific threats including prompt injection, adversarial attacks, model leakage, and data poisoning. * Lead AI security testing, threat modelling, and incident response readiness. * Partner with technology, data, legal, and compliance stakeholders to promote secure-by-design AI.



What Youll Bring: * 7+ years experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Technology Risk. * Strong knowledge of AI/ML, MLOps, cloud security, and security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001. * Technical understanding of AI or software engineering * Experience in security architecture, GRC, risk assessments, and threat modelling. * Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are a plus. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
