You'll work directly with the founder and help manage the many operational and administrative projects that come with running a fast-growing business.WHAT YOU'LL DOSupport the founder with operational, administrative, and special projectsCoordinate and follow up with suppliers, agencies, accountants, and other external partnersResearch new suppliers and compare pricing, quality, lead times,



and termsRequest quotes and negotiate better pricing where appropriateManage invoices, payments, receipts, and company documentationUpload and organize invoices in our accounting platform on a recurring basisHelp prepare PR materials, presentations, briefs, and other company documentsResearch new software, tools, and platforms that could improve how we workUse AI extensively for research, drafting, organization, analysis, and workflow improvementKeep track of deadlines, outstanding items, and follow-upsCoordinate smaller projects from start to finishBe available to support on shoot days in Barcelona when neededHelp bring more structure and organization to the business as we growWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORMore than anything, we're looking for someone who is switched on, highly organized, and proactive.You should be someone who naturally notices details, follows things through, and doesn't need to be reminded three times.Y
