The Senior Manager, Regional Head of Technology MedTech EP-CNV EMEA (Spain), consisting of our presence in Spain, is a business strategist and product-minded technology leader who partners closely with the regional & country MedTech leadership team to shape growth strategies, modernize platforms, and deliver differentiated digital and AI capabilities for customers and patients. This leader serves as the critical point of connection between business strategy and technology execution , developing technology as a competitive advantage for the region and business.
You will lead a business-facing technology organization in the region and local countries, orchestrating the full breadth of JJT products, platforms, and services to maximize value, speed,



and quality for the MedTech portfolio. You will engage deeply with senior business leaders (e.g., The EP-CNV business encompasses digital surgery/robotics platforms, OR integration, imaging and computer vision, field service digitization, supply continuity and instrument lifecycle analytics.
Co-create the regional & country technology strategy for EP-CNV in alignment with MedTech business goals; Develop technology as a competitive advantage - accelerating innovation, simplification, and go-to-market agility across priority markets and franchises.
Serve as strategic technology partner to regional & country senior leaders; jointly identify opportunities, advise on the transformation and application of technology to unlock growth, efficiency, and superior customer/patient experience.
Provide accountable technology leadership for end-to-end BU outcomes, aligning strategy, platforms, and execution
