You will lead the strategy and execution of training programs that prepare teams to perform effectively in fast-paced, complex operational environments. What You’ll Do
- Lead training programs that support supply chain planning, logistics, distribution, and operational processes, helping ensure workforce readiness, standardized execution, and sustainable performance.
- Oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of training curricula, learning pathways, job aids, and process documentation aligned with logistics operations, operational requirements, and business priorities.
- Drive training deployment for new processes, warehouse and distribution workflows, systems, network changes, and operational initiatives to improve adoption, reduce disruption, and support consistent execution.
