Overview
In this role you drive adoption and expansion of the Finance product among existing customers across Spain, Italy, Portugal, France and Germany. You lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities, guide senior finance stakeholders through the sales cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service. You’ll develop strategic account plans, negotiate with CFOs, and act as a product reference for Finance. This is an international, high-growth environment where your impact directly supports revenue and customer success.

Responsabilidades
- Manage sales-qualified deals through the full sales cycle for the Finance product
- Drive account development via upselling and cross-selling within existing customers
- Identify and support upsell opportunities with Account Managers to close deals
- Develop effective account plans and strategies to meet/exceed quotas




- Lead high-level negotiations with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders
- Apply consultative selling techniques to guide prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class client service
- Act as a Finance product reference for financial stakeholders

Requisitos principales
- 3–4 years of closing B2B SaaS deals
- Experience pitching/negotiating with CFOs or senior finance profiles (Controllers, Finance Directors)
- Solid knowledge of Finance products/processes (accounting, expense management, treasury, ERP)
- Hunter mentality with persistence and hustle
- Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Strong contract negotiation skills and ability to ensure mutual benefit
- Excellent communicator with empathy and proactive mindset
- Full ownership of activities
- Native speaker of Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, or German (depending on market) plus professional English
