tasks :

Lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable, enterprise-grade claims management solutions using modern Java technologies.

Translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures, ensuring seamless integration across multiple systems and platforms.

Drive technical excellence by delivering secure, high-performing, and maintainable applications that meet scalability and compliance standards.

Own the full software development lifecycle, including coding, code reviews, automated testing, deployment, and production support.

Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership, promoting best practices in software design, quality assurance, and engineering standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows, reporting capabilities, and data-driven decision making.

Enhance platform reliability and delivery efficiency through CI/CD improvements, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Spring Boot

REST APIs

10+ years of experience in Java software engineering, delivering scalable enterprise applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms, and modern software development practices.

Proven experience designing distributed system architectures, enterprise integrations, and cloud-native solutions, ensuring high standards of performance, security,



scalability, and reliability across complex environments.

Strong professional proficiency in English.

Workplace: TCS Office in Madrid - 40% Remote.

Work Schedule: Business Hours.
