Overview
In this role you lead the Territory Business Integration efforts to enable a cohesive end-to-end offensive that aligns Territory priorities with global concepts. You will orchestrate cross-functional partnerships, translate global and geo concepts into localized activation plans, and ensure timely, impactful marketplace execution. You drive rhythm, governance, and disciplined Code processes to deliver faster decision-making and authentic, locally relevant consumer experiences. This position offers a strategic, cross-functional leadership role with meaningful impact on regional growth and brand relevance. Responsabilidades
- Own Territory alignment to the end-to-end Code process including milestones and deadlines
- Lead Territory seasonal Code forums with clear agendas and accountable follow-through
- Collaborate with the EMEA Code team to maintain process clarity and consistent Territory execution
- Design and refine the Territory RotG operating model, governance, and dependencies




- Translate Territory concept maps into activation plans aligned with Geo and General concepts
- Adapt global narratives to local consumer, cultural, and sport realities
- Define activation principles, metrics, and performance indicators to optimize impact
- Coordinate activations across Nike Direct, Digital, Retail, Wholesale, and Key Cities
- Act as integrator of Territory offense, aligning concepts and priorities for faster decisions
- Share best practices within the EMEA Business Integration community
