Account Executive – Polish Speaker | Madrid Madrid, Spain | Hybrid after onboarding Permanent | Full-time €30,000 gross/year + uncapped commissions Polish speaker | Native/Bilingual English The Opportunity A leading international technology company is growing its sales team in Madrid and looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join the team. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll own the journey from first contact and discovery through product demonstrations, free-trial management and ultimately closing new subscriptions. What You'll Do * Manage the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to close * Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day * Qualify prospects and identify business needs * Conduct client meetings and product demos * Guide prospects through their free trial * Convert trials into paying customers * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets * Track calls, demos,



conversions and MRR * Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity * Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team Leads are automatically assigned, allowing you to focus on selling and closing. Uncapped Commission Base: €30,000 gross/year Target monthly commission: €600 Your commission increases with performance: * 80% target x1.3 * 100% target x2 (€1,200) * 150% target x3 (€1,800) Quarterly Accelerator: Exceed 150% average achievement and your commissions for the entire quarter are recalculated at 3x. Career Growth Clear progression based on performance: AE 1: €30,000 base AE 2: €35,000 base AE 3: €40,000 base Hybrid Model * First 4 weeks fully on-site in Madrid for training * After onboarding: 50% hybrid, once at least 70% of target is achieved * Approximately 1 day/month on-site in Madrid afterwards * Required travel expenses covered * Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00 * Friday: 09:00–15:00 * Friday afternoons off * Some flexibility for US time
