About the role

At Officeworks, we're evolving the way we manage risk, assurance and continuous improvement. As our Internal Audit Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping a modern, data-driven audit function that helps the business make informed decisions and operate with confidence.

Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance,



you'll lead the delivery of our internal audit program in partnership with PwC and Wesfarmers Group Assurance. This is a unique role that combines stakeholder management, audit oversight, risk advisory and innovation.

You'll coordinate and oversee end-to-end audits across our stores, supply chain and support office functions, ensuring our co-sourced audit program delivers meaningful insights and practical outcomes. You'll also help drive the future of assurance through data analytics, automation and AI-enabled auditing.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of risk-based internal audits.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with PwC and Wesfarmers Group Assurance.
- Partner with senior leaders across the business to provide independent risk and control insights.
- Review audit findings, challenge assumptions and support practical, risk-based decision making.
