We are looking for French-Speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international gaming project in Lisbon, Portugal.

This is an onsite position with a fully paid relocation package and permanent accommodation provided, offering an excellent opportunity to combine your interest in gaming with an international customer support career.

The Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist French-speaking players with account, product and technical-related questions across different communication channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing customer support via phone, email and chat in French and English

Assisting players with account management, login and payment-related enquiries

Troubleshooting issues involving gaming consoles, software and connected devices

Guiding customers through product setup, installation and synchronization

Providing assistance before and after product purchases

Helping customers resolve technical and product-related issues

What We're Looking For
