Role: Business Development Consultant Salary: €30,000
Location: Madrid (hybrid) 3 days in office "To inspire the world's
entrepreneurs" AVASK Integral Compliance Ltd is a fast-growing
international firm specialising in VAT, tax and accounting services
for e-commerce businesses. Due to continued growth, we are looking
for a Business Development Consultant to help generate new business
opportunities, build client relationships, and support businesses
with their international expansion. Business Development
Consultant, the role: Proactively engage with inbound and outbound
leads to generate new business opportunities. Conduct consultative
conversations with prospective clients to understand their business
needs and identify suitable services. Manage opportunities
throughout the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to
contract completion. Build, maintain and develop a strong sales
pipeline aligned to individual revenue targets. Identify
opportunities to upsell and cross-sell AVASK services to maximise
client value. Accurately record and manage all opportunities and




client interactions within the CRM system. Work closely with
internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a
professional and consultative approach. Keep up to date with
industry developments and AVASK service offerings to provide
informed recommendations. Business Development Consultant, the
person: Previous experience in a sales, business development,
customer service or client-facing role. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with prospective
clients. Commercially aware with an understanding of sales
principles and pipeline management. Self-motivated and
target-driven with the ability to manage multiple opportunities
simultaneously. Excellent organisational skills and attention to
detail. Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced environment. Comfortable using CR
