As a Senior Migration Consultant, you lead the migration of clinical data from legacy systems to Vault CDMS, partnering with Sponsors and CROs to ensure accurate data mapping and transformation. You own end-to-end data migration delivery for active trials, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help build reusable tools and templates. Your work directly supports rapid, high-quality data onboarding in a mission-driven, customer-centric organization. This role offers hands-on impact in transforming clinical data management at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Interpret legacy database structures and data mapping requirements with Sponsors/CROs using migration best practices
• Perform data transformation, mapping, and script validation on large clinical datasets from Medidata Rave and Oracle InForm
• Lead end-to-end data migration delivery across complex, active trials per project plan, coordinating with cross-functional technical teams
• Develop and configure validation scripts and custom SQL listings to ensure data integrity during ingestion into Vault CDMS and DQS




• Provide feedback to Vault CDMS u0026 DQS product teams based on migration challenges and data bottlenecks
• Contribute to reusable migration tools, data mapping templates, and automation initiatives; mentor junior team members

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience with EDC clinical software covering end-to-end data management
• Solid understanding of clinical trial processes around data collection and review
• Programming experience in SAS, R, Python, or SQL; ability to learn new SQL-based languages
• Life sciences industry background (pharma, biotech, medical device, CRO, or academic/public health) with project lifecycle experience
• Customer-facing experience in software professional services or consulting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines
• Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
