Talent Manager

to lead learning, development and key People initiatives that help build a high-performing culture and support our international growth. What you'll do

Lead Learning & Development initiatives across the organization. Design and implement talent, performance and career development programs. Manage and optimize our LMS and digital learning experience. Drive leadership development and employee growth initiatives. Lead strategic People projects and HR programs. Partner with managers to strengthen capabilities and support organizational development. What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development,



Organizational Development or HR Projects. Experience managing LMS platforms and learning initiatives. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on, proactive and business-oriented mindset. Fluent English (C1/C2) is essential. Why Etnia Barcelona?
