and monitor integral Employee Management Platform implementations for diverse clients * Become a Deel product expert for customers and internal teams * Communicate clearly with stakeholders to align use cases with Deel’s best practices * Identify and resolve complex problems, providing global payroll expertise * Collaborate with Customer Experience & R&D; document implementation processes and best practices Requisitos principales * 3+ years in a customer onboarding role for a B2B SaaS product in HR, Payroll, or Finance * Multilingual: Fluent in German and English * Strong customer relationship skills and a passion for teaching others * Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment * Clear written, verbal, and presentation communication skills * High attention to detail in onboarding plans and schedules * Adaptability in autonomous, high-pressure settings * customer obsession * cross-functional collaboration * problem solving * JIRA * SFDC * G Suite
