TIA Oracle Developer
is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing database solutions within the TIA (The Insurance Application) platform.

The focus is on designing efficient Oracle database structures, developing PL/SQL functionality and supporting business processes within the insurance environment.The developer works closely with Product Owners, business analysts and other IT teams to translate functional requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions within TIA.
Core responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining
Oracle database components
within TIA
* Writing and optimizing
PL/SQL code
(packages, procedures, triggers)
* Analyzing and solving performance issues within databases
* Support with
data migrations
(e.G.

legacy → TIA)
* Designing
data models
to match insurance products (policy, non-life, premium)




* Performing
impact analyses
in the event of changes in data or processes
* Collaborate with DevOps teams in CI/CD pipelines
* Supporting test processes (unit, SIT, UAT)
* Monitoring
data quality and integrity
Required skills
Technical
* Strong knowledge of
Oracle Database
* Extensive experience with
PL/SQL
* Knowledge of
SQL tuning & performance optimization
* Experience with
data integrations
(e.G.

via APIs, ETL processes)
* Familiarity with
version control
(Git, Azure DevOps)
* Experience with
CI/CD pipelines
