Your day at NTT DATA
In this role you will be joining a team of technical professionals supporting a large-scale z/OS systems platform. This position requires an experienced systems programmer supporting the z/OS Mainframe Network environment.



Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining the integrity and data/IP security of the Mainframe's host communication subsystems and associated program products.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Being part of a multi-functional team, supporting IBM mainframe networks and transmissions products and infrastructure.
- Participation in support rota providing 24x7 cover.
- Perform TCPIP Port Reserves (Additions, Deletions, Changes) Perform VTAM updates (Additions, Deletions, Changes)
- Manage OSA Adapters in a complex mainframe environment
- Perform VTAM PU/LU updates (Additions, Deletions, Changes) including Enterprise Extenders (EE)
- Implement AT-TLS rules (digital certificate management). Configure and manage IPSEC policies (permit/deny rules, VPN- ipsec tunnels)
- Trace, Debug and Error Analysis
- Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure Network connectivity and security (may involve some after hours a
