• Align partner marketing programs to regional business priorities and sales goals for SEUR, developing quarterly plans reflecting local market dynamics and partner ecosystem maturity

• Drive local partner communications, onboarding, and education initiatives, including newsletters, platform updates, enablement content, and portal engagement
• Plan and execute joint marketing activities with priority partners, including co-branded campaigns, regional events, and webinars
• Collaborate closely with Field Marketing to ensure integrated partner support
• Localise and deliver scalable co-branded campaigns using general assets and frameworks
• Work with global teams to adapt campaign toolkits for SEUR partners
• Track campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, and partner engagement metrics
• Maintain reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights to optimise partner performance




• Support onboarding and integration of new partners into marketing systems and workflows
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner integration
• Develop and maintain a regional partner communications calendar
• Localise messaging for sales and technical audiences and drive engagement within partner communities

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in B2B or partner marketing or equivalent channel experience
- Experience executing marketing campaigns or partner engagement that drive pipeline and brand awareness
- Experience working with Looker, Salesforce, Notion, and Tableau
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship
