Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Powertrain Controls Engineer to join our team and lead the development and calibration of torque management systems for electrified powertrains. The adecuado candidate will combine technical expertise with project management skills to drive innovation in EV controls development.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Coordination
- Manage project timelines, task coordination, and resource planning
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and optimize manpower allocation

Technical Development
- Develop and calibrate powertrain control strategies, with focus on torque management systems
- Design and implement control algorithms using Simulink and related development tools
- Conduct vehicle testing at proving gr
