We are seeking an experienced After Sales Regional Manager to lead our operations across Spain. As an After Sales Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of our After Sales operations within the assigned Area. This role requires a strategic thinker, a team leader, and a customer-focused individual with a strong background in automotive after sales in Madrid.Key Responsibilities:1.- Single Point of Contact:Serve as the primary point of contact for all After Sales matters in the designated Area.Coordinate and facilitate communication and collaboration between various departments and the central Aftersales organization.2.- Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the Aftersales sector.Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and increase Aftersales revenue.3.- Parts and Accessories Follow-Up:Oversee parts and accessories inventory management and distribution within the Region.Monitor stock levels, demand,



and ordering processes to ensure efficient supply chain operations.4.- Warranty Spending:Manage and optimize warranty spending, ensuring that warranty claims are processed efficiently and cost-effectively.Implement data-driven solutions to reduce warranty-related costs while maintaining customer satisfaction.5.- Technical Support:Oversee and support when required the Dealer´s technical department, escalating main problems/issues. Support with systems and processes training ensuring the proper use of specific special tools, software & programs.Track and follow up Technical KPIs ensuring proper correction measures and implementation of deviation action plans.6.- Operational Excellence:Oversee and optimize all Aftersales activities, including service, parts, warranty, and customer support, to meet or exceed KPIs.Ensure that processes, procedures, and customer service standards are consistent and of the highest quality.7.- Customer Satisfaction:Maint
