build and deployment of Holcim+ Concrete.The Project and Innovation Manager plays a crucial role asRMX expert within the Product teamkey point of contact for Countries team for product and RMX process related questionsWith his/her knowledge of RMX operations he is a key team member to design product vision, prioritise next features, capture and align requirements, validate technical and business needs.MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIESInnovation and product designParticipating to product vision elaboration as well a development priorisationin charge of overseeing product features developments (incremental changes as well as bigger design changes)Main point of contact with UX/UI team of the product to co-design product and features and validate changesIn the rollout process, for each new country, acting as product expert on existing features and possible configuration.Requirements & TestingCapture business needs, “translate” them into specifications, share with Project and Scrum teams.Organize and coordinate standalone and integrated testing.Demo and support countries in driver app settings with local hardwaresTraining & Go-LivePlan and support
