You will work closely with the CEO and our consulting team and will have the opportunity to take ownership from an early stage.What you'll do Business DevelopmentIdentify and approach potential clients, particularly within the pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences sectorsResearch new business opportunities, projects and target accounts across Europe, with a particular focus on the DACH marketBuild and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners and recruitment/procurement contactsSupport client outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls and networkingCoordinate introductory meetings, follow-ups, proposals and consultant submissionsMaintain our business development pipeline and CRM activitiesSupport the development of partnerships and new market opportunitiesRecruiting & Talent AcquisitionIdentify and approach consultants and candidates for current and upcoming client projectsSource candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, job platforms and direct outreachConduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fi
