We are a leading group in the biotechnology sector, and we produce for multiple markets: food, cosmetics, fragrances... To strengthen our team in León, we are looking for you as a HR Specialist.
Participate in working groups for the development of the department or project.
Resolve labor issues by applying the relevant collective bargaining agreement and other general legislation (Spanish, European, etc.).
Provide support in the design and implementation of the training plan.
Design, draft, and distribute general communications, promoting and ensuring their dissemination to all levels of the company.
Provide support in the performance evaluation and talent development processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience in an HR department.
Social and communication skills.
English proficiency is a plus.
