- Provide insight and differentiation to win new business and grow accounts

- Stay up to date with market trends and act as a trusted advisor

What You Bring
- 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment sales or account management
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
- Strong market territory planning skills
- Experience working in a performance-driven environment
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Recruitment experience in the technology sector
- Exposure to sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Business Value Messaging
