Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape NN Spain's actuarial reporting framework, focusing on IFRS 17 and Solvency II. You will translate results into clear insights for Finance, Risk, auditors and senior management while driving process improvements and automation. You will collaborate across Finance, Risk and Actuarial, contributing to governance, validation and decision-support. You will push for efficiency and stronger actuarial capabilities through innovative reporting initiatives. This position offers high visibility, impact and an international, flexible culture.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Actuarial Science
• 4+ years actuarial reporting, valuation, financial reporting or risk reporting in insurance
• Experience with IFRS 17 (BEL, Risk Adjustment, CSM, movements, variances, operating result)
• Knowledge of Solvency II (Technical Provisions, Own Funds, SCR/ORSA)
• Experience with R3S or Prophet (or similar modelling platforms)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of VBA, SQL, Python, R, Power BI or automation tools
• Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset
