As Senior Field Marketing Manager for Southern Central Europe, you will translate integral marketing programs into market-specific plans that drive pipeline and revenue. You will be embedded in the GTM leadership, collaborating with Revenue, Sales, and Partnerships to shape regional priorities and ensure local execution reflects the brand. You’ll own regional strategy, budget, and performance, balancing strategic vision with hands-on delivery. This role offers high impact across events, ABM, paid media, and partner marketing within a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Responsabilidades

Lead the regional marketing strategy for SCEU and adapt global programs to the market
Measure and own regional pipeline generation and revenue impact




Manage the regional marketing budget for optimal ROI
Advise regional and executive GTM leadership and align marketing with commercial objectives
Translate global strategy into local execution and represent the region in the global marketing org
Collaborate with central IMT teams (PMM, content, events, campaigns, digital) to ensure local alignment
Lead regional ABM and drive targeted account conversion with revenue teams
Partner with Growth to localise paid media and support quarterly lead, SQL, and pipeline goals
Develop regional partner marketing with Partnerships leadership and execute local campaigns
Deliver full-funnel activity (events, ABM activations, localized campaigns, ecosystem marketing)
Build relationships with industry associations, publications, influencers, and partners to boost brand and demand
Report on marketing performance and provide insights to inform planning
