In this role you will lead all quality assurance and control activities across construction, erection, and commissioning of major industrial projects. You will coordinate quality across multiple sites and interfaces with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance. You will drive NCRs, corrective actions, and process improvements to support ambitious steelmaking and decarbonization initiatives. Responsabilidades
- Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System
- Coordinate quality activities throughout construction, erection, and commissioning
- Manage quality inspectors,



third-party inspection agencies, and subcontractors
- Review and approve quality documentation, inspection reports, and procedures
- Manage non-conformities (NCRs), corrective actions, and quality improvements
- Interface with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders regarding quality matters

Requisitos principales
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management within industrial construction projects
- Experience in steelmaking facilities, EAF plants, rolling xqbhyrx mills, metallurgical plants, or other heavy industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards and construction quality management systems
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel internationally and work on project sites
