In this high-impact technical role, you will focus on the end-to-end lifecycle of ML solutions—applying deep engineering rigor to build and scale reliable systems that solve real-world R&D; challenges.Roles and ResponsibilitiesHands-on Development: Deliver high-quality code for data, modeling, and deployment pipelines, ensuring AI solutions are integrated into robust software architectures.MLOps Mastery: Implement and maintain robust MLOps workflows, focusing on automated CI/CD, containerization, and model observability.Technical Implementation: Lead the technical design, development, and optimization of scalable, maintainable AI solutions aligned with modern best practices.Agile Delivery & Compliance:



Work within an Agile framework to translate research into predictable production value while ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.Business Advisory: Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into clear technical requirements.What they are looking for:Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT or Engineering, with significant hands-on experience in AI/ML and technical leadership.Technical Excellence: Advanced proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, architectures, and data engineering best practices.MLOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience with Azure ML or Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and monitoring AI systems in production.Collaboration: Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both tech and non-tech stakeholders.Languages: Professional fluency in English (French is a strong plus).Nice to HaveEx
