Experteer Overview
In this role, you own end-to-end sourcing initiatives within the EU Sourcing Team, applying 7SSP to deliver cost savings, quality, and supply continuity for materials and services. You will collaborate with Category Managers and stakeholders to optimize total cost of ownership and enable strategic priority delivery, including sustainability and resilience. You drive negotiations, supplier performance, and contract execution to support CCEP’s Pu0026amp;L and strategic goals. This is a cross-category, impact-focused sourcing position in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives following the Seven Step Sourcing Process (7SSP)
• Define business requirements, develop negotiation strategy, and execute negotiations with Category Managers and cross-functional teams
• Run RFIs/RFPs, optimize supplier performance, and manage contracts
• Deliver supply agreements aligned with strategy to maximize business results
• Drive supply optimization and harmonization initiatives
• Deliver cost savings and maintain competitive advantage through TCO and cost management
• Report savings accurately and communicate variances promptly to minimize business impact
• Ensure compliance with COA processes and legal/contract policy during sourcing activities
• Collaborate with CEPG and The Coca-Cola Company to align on strategy and execution
• Identify supplier innovations and opportunities to deliver competitive advantage and CRS/ sustainability outcomes
