As Product/Bid Manager in Madrid, you will bridge EU sales teams with global Tu0026amp;M centers to craft compelling proposals for Au0026amp;D system solutions. You’ll lead end-to-end bidding and coordinate with sales, solution centers, and HQ to deliver compliant proposals. The role combines portfolio management in SAP with technical solution alignment and price negotiations. You will work cross-functionally across time zones to mitigate risks and support market growth in Europe.

• Act as the primary interface for EU local sales teams and Tu0026M centers (Spain, US, India)
• Support EU sales with the Au0026D system solution catalog and price requests
• Lead end-to-end bid management in coordination with sales, centers, and HQ
• Analyze tender requirements and manage tender processes end-to-end
• Coordinate with solution centers to define suitable technical solutions




• Prepare and submit compliant proposals based on system architects' designs
• Assist in price negotiations with customers
• Assess project risks in collaboration with the Project Manager
• Maintain Au0026D system solution portfolio and catalog in SAP
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales collaterals

Responsabilidades
• Engineering background with 3–5 years in Bid Management, sales operations or technical commercial support
• Solid understanding of RF technologies (preferred)
• Experience in international, xqbhyrx cross-functional environments across time zones
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish mandatory; German (B2/C1) is a plus
• Excellent bid management, attention to detail, and deadline-driven
• Knowledge of SAP for portfolio/catalog management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
