Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead HOKA’s Iberia brand strategy and marketing plans, translating global direction into culturally resonant campaigns that boost awareness and market share. You’ll manage a local team and collaborate with commercial, regional, and agency partners to deliver integrated 360 campaigns across Spain, with Madrid as a core hub. You will drive trade, DTC, and partnerships while optimizing the marketing budget. This is an opportunity to shape a high-impact Iberian market with a focus on running, outdoor, and lifestyle categories.

• Lead 360-degree campaigns around key sports, cultural moments, focusing on Madrid and Barcelona, aligned with Global/EMEA priorities.
• Drive trade marketing, community and DTC programmes to create standout retail activations and enhance consumer experiences across channels.
• Manage strategic partnerships, agencies, retail accounts, and local marketing budget; use insights and performance data to guide investment and optimize activity.

coach and develop the local marketing team with clear priorities and cross-functional alignment across local and EMEA teams.

Responsabilidades
• Marketing experience in consumer lifestyle, sport, fashion or related sector with proven country-specific strategy and 360-degree campaign execution.
• Experience leading and developing teams with strong stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, budget management and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish consumer and cultural landscape; running category knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor in Brand Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience); native Spanish and fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Office-based in Madrid with periodic travel.
